Removes Stains
Improper cleaning products, dilutions or application used on the floor. Our Installation Process
STEP 1: PURCHASE COLOR FOR YOUR FLOOR
Choose the color of stain for floors you want to apply in your home.

STEP 2: CLEAR / PREPARE
First we will move furniture and clear the room if requested by the customer prior to install. Next step cover the windows, doors, appliances to avoid dust spreading in home. Remove baseboards and any quarter rounds from the walls. Additional preparation may be needed to fix damp stains or panels and fill the crack usually with additional cost.
STEP 3: SANDING
Sanding is the main step in the process of refinishing hardwood floors.
Depend on the type of wood floor and condition multiple grits of sanding will be applied to remove the finish, scratches / stains / blemishes and smooth the floor

STEP 4: SCREEN FLOOR
Screen the floor with a buffer. This process smooths out any scratches left by the sander and ensures a more even final appearance.
STEP 5: CLEAN UP
Vacuum up the dust with a floor vacuum. Wipe down the floor with a rag or microfiber cloth and mineral spirits. It’s important to take your time with this step and to be thorough in order to ensure that there’s no dust left behind, which would alter the appearance or adhesion of the stain to the wood.
STEP 6: STAIN / FINISH FLOORS
Apply multiple coats of stains depending on the desired look. Additional coat of stain can be applied usually with additional cost.
Final finish coat will be applied to reveal the shine in the hardwood floors.

STEP 7: WALKTHROUGH
After all the work and cleanup is completed our lead installer will perform a walkthrough with you. Our team will explain how to care, clean and maintain the new floors.
